Before beginning any training program, we aim to identify which of our myriad offerings would be most effective and build a comprehensive custom plan to target skills and help your child train their brain to make learning easier.

Following the initial evaluation we put together custom recommendations and work with you to build a plan to help each child achieve their goals in a way that fits in with your family’s priorities and framework.

Get to Work

Once we know the child, we collaborate with you and any other core professionals; developing a plan to help each child build the skills they need through home intervention, school intervention, other core specialists, and our own services.

We Individualize our Solutions

Every family and child has a different set of skills and priorities that combine with our offerings and recommendations to create a customized plan that works. We strive to support their learning and processing of the world within the framework of their goals and to enable a balanced and productive childhood.

1 – One on One

Our core business is still reliant on the one on one training of specific processing skills to bring all skills up to the necessary level to be a successful learner. With a tailored program we can do this as little as once a week (though it takes a longer time then) and as frequently as a couple hours a day 5 days a week. The more intensive and concentrated the instruction is the more easily brain patterns can change.

Price: $200 per hour

2 – Homework Club

This program is typically for children who have been through the one on one processing skills training and are now trying to apply those skills to the real world and their school work. We help them to learn to rely on these new skills instead of reverting to their old habits and comfort zone in approaching their everyday assignments. We also focus on executive functioning (i.e. planners and study guides) and critical thinking skills to best approach school. Our goal is always to help the student build the skills and confidence they need to master school work independently – not to foster a long term reliance on tutors.

Price: $2500 per month

3 – BT Academy

Our “Home School” program is a year long program that runs from 9-1 M-F. Children who find being in the classroom frustrating and feel unsuccessful, are often too spent after school to make substantial progress on the underlying skills. We find that taking time off from the mainstream environment and boosting those processing skills intensively, leads to better participation and understanding of classroom instruction going forward. These are very bright students who are not finding success in the mainstream environment due to a number of possible obstacles in their processing of information. By building that processing up like a muscle, they can return to the classroom confidently and independently showing their true potential. For some students, it is possible to make this change during the summer as a boot camp on those processing skills on a week to week basis.

Price: $60,000 per school year, $2,000 per week in Summer, $200 per hour
